Description

This light and breezy waterfront villa is located on a small, gated peninsula.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full-automatic fresh bean coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and more and comfortable lounge with a 55 inch smart tv, Playstation with a selection of games, Harmon Kardon stereo.

All three airconditioned bedrooms (one with walk in closet) have new comfortable King Size beds, their own en suite-bathrooms and a balcony or terrace. One even has a walk-in closet.

In the private garden you can enjoy the swimming pool or sit, eat and relax under one of the palm roofed terraces.

For divers there is a big rinsing area and a lockable closet to store your diving gear.

The villa has its own gated private parking and a private parking on the street.

All facilities like Spa, beach (nice to have a bbq or snorkeling), Scuba dive shop/school, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, ATM are close by.

We arranged discounts at car rental and dive companies for our guests.

Prices do not include tourist tax;US$ 5.50 p.p.p.n (for age 13 and up) to be paid in cash on arrival.

Normal water and electricity usage are included in the rental price.
