At the foot of a hill & up the arms of the sea lies the picturesque village of Kolymvari,in the northwest of Crete,in Chania,in the province of Kissamos,in Platanias.Villa Dimokratia,located 1km from the village center & the long beach,dominates the hillside.Towering majestically & unobstructed-fantastic view,gives you the chance to overlooking the Cretan sea.
DESCRIPTION & INDOOR SERVICE FACILITIES
The entry is identified with a sign.Going up the staircase you reach the large terrace.Entering the villa lies down a comfortable space with 2 living rooms,2 dining rooms & a kitchen.Also in the ground floor you will find a bedroom & a bathroom.In the end of the corridor,a staircase leads to the 1st floor,which hosts the other 2 bedrooms. Among them,are a luxurious bathroom & a spacious hall,which ensure the independence of the 2 rooms.
Living room I:Two toggle handmade sofas & armchairs are around a central,wooden table and hang out with the Smart TV 55 ".A huge glass will give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural landscape.
Living room II:The same beautiful views has the other living room,where the space here can be converted to an auxiliary bedroom, since the large sofa can easily convert into a double bed.
Dinning rooms:A magnificent handmade walnut table can accommodate 8-12 people.The other dining room,more functional,since it accompanies the kitchen,has a large table & can accommodate 6-8 people.
Kitchen:Gas Hobs with 5 cooking positions, Electric oven,Refrigerator, Dishwasher(super silence),Microwave oven,Toaster,Coffee machines (Frappe,Espresso,French),Hand mixer,Electric squeezer, complete equipment for cooking and eating utensils.
Bedrooms:We gave special attention & care in the selection of bedroom items, in order to ensure healthy, comfortable,enjoyable,relaxing & restful sleep.A king size bed(160x200) or two single beds(90x200), which can be two independent units or a combination of a bed.Bedside tables, modern or vintage,with special analog lighting.Orthopedic mattresses from MEDICAL STROM.Hypoallergenic pillows , antibacterial-antifungal with outer fabric 100% cotton.Outfits from NEF-NEF,free from harmful substances.Air-condition & TV.
1st Floor Bathroom:There couldn’t be something bigger.Tiles combined with mosaic covering the walls & the bathtub.The large, angular,semicircular bathtub with seat,can be very enjoyable.There is a big bench with an inserted sink.A huge mirror with strong lighting can cover all of your needs.This bathroom is equipped with the washing machine.Hot water is provided from a heater.Particular elegance adds to the room the ceiling with a circular dome with concealed lighting.
Floor Bathroom :It is equipped with a quite comfortable bench with sink,cabinets, drawers and a large mirror.The usability of the bath completes the shower with attentive cabin that protects it.While the good taste emphasizes circular dome with the concealed lighting,the same as the bath on the 1st floor.
Both bathrooms are equipped with bathrobes,towels,slippers & personal hygiene items.
OUTDOOR SPACE BUILDING
Balconies & terraces,comfortable & huge, with views to all cardinal points.First,welcomes you,our large terrace in the entrance, which is equipped with a large table & 6 comfortable armchairs.Protected on both sides of the building, covered & enclosed with secure glass will not prevent the fantastic views.Outside the dining area of the kitchen, awaits a second smaller,but likeable,terrace, highly protected & covered with a pergola.Protective parts of the glass continue with stairs leading to the pool area.Here is added the view of the pool & the garden. balcony that overlooking the garden & the pool has access in the bedroom of the First floor.The bedrooms of the 1st floor have large windows & their access to a huge terrace is something rare to find.The view embraces the entire gulf of Chania.Beautiful pergola decorates the balcony with a lounge.Perimeter,protection provides safe glass surfaces.
SURROUNDING AREA
Green diverse,varied & colorful flowers surround the villa.Grass,soot & fruit trees,climbing plants,shrubs,different exotic flowers,aromatic-curative plants & a small vegetable garden take their share.The lead in the open ground keeps the large pool of 45 sq.m,which can offer you refreshing moments of enjoyment,relaxation & wellbeing.Surrounded by a natural fence of green trees,cypresses & tall wattle,ensures the privacy of its landscape.Beautiful & comfortable sunbeds gives the pleasure to enjoy,read & relax under the Cretan sun.Under the poolside pergola you will find a dining table & barbeque.An comfortable shower adds your enjoyment of a shower after your exit from the pool.It should be noted that the surrounding area is fenced & protected.The door of the outer entry locks & the large sliding door is controlled by remote control & allows the entry to secured parking.
