WELCOME NURSES, DOCTORS, MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, CORPORATE CONTRACT WORKERS, THOSE WANTING A FURNISHED PLACE WHILE WAITING FOR HOME TO BE BUILT, RETIREES, FOOTBALL FANS.
Short drive to Bellin Hospital, St Mary's Hospital, St Vincent Hospital, VA Hospital, Aurora Baycare, Unity Hospice, and all Previa Locations.
When you book with us you acknowledge that you will read and agree to our Guest Agreement and House Rules and all current and future condo association rules. You agree to sign and return the Guest Agreement and House Rules to us and send us a copy of your driver's license, and pay us by check a separate security deposit of one month's rent. If you do not do this we will cancel the reservation. Everyone has received their security deposits back. The condo must be left in the same condition as it was at check-in to receive the security deposit back.

SAFE quiet neighborhood with Free Parking right in front of the condo plus your own unattached PRIVATE GARAGE (not shared garage.) Main streets in Green Bay will be busy on Packer Game Days. No one is allowed to park in our lot without permission.
Nice older (read BIGGER) condo.
Smoke-free - No smoking inside or outside or on any condo premises.
No noisy parties. No loud TV or radio - Quiet hours at all times.
Very SAFE - our neighbors & condo board members help watch our property.
No drugs. No candles. No hair dyes, no clothes dyes.
No crypto mining because if you lose electricity, you might have to WAIT to get in turned back on.
NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND. WE AND THE CLEANERS ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO ANIMAL HAIR AND DANDER AND DO NOT WANT TO HAVE A TRIP TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM.
Pet-free and smoke-free place to cook, relax, use our hi-speed internet,
No outside shoes or boots in the condo. You can bring house slippers.

In a very SAFE neighborhood. It's a SHORT 7-10 MINUTE WALK to the LAMBEAU Field so don't worry about paying for parking for your car or looking for a space to park for the game. 10 min walk to Resch Center & Arena for concerts and conferences. Close drive to Pic N Save Grocery (fill the fridge) & Pharmacy. Close drive to Cabelas if you forget your mittens. Close drive to Bay Park Mall and all the stores, bars, and restaurants on Oneida Street. Close drive to all hospitals and VA Center. Close drive to B Alive Nutrition Center on Oneida to pick up natural foods, snacks, and natural remedies for colds and flu and stock up on protein powder and bodybuilding essentials. This is not a party house! Please respect our neighbors who have been here a very long time and watch our condo vigilantly. Hundreds of bars and restaurants in Green Bay and the surrounding area for nightlife! AAA office is close by but only open during the week. ATM machine at Kroll's Restaurant & Bar down the block / across from the Lambeau Field if you need cash. 2 parks are close by. We welcome any questions. We want you to be happy! Welcome to Green Bay!
