Villa Di Lupo Parra ouvre ses portes pour vous monter ses fresques admirables et vous accueillir dans des appartments de charme: un séjour qui vous laissera pour longtemps des souvenirs enchantés!
L’appartement qui est nommé "Les trois époques" est situé au premier étage, accessible par un escalier monumental. II est très lumineux; il se compose d'un salon, d'une chambre double, d'une cuisine et d'une salle de bains. Sur démande, on peut disposer de deux lits simples supplementaires dans le séjour. Un piano est disponible dans l'appartement. Les pièces sont spacieuses avec vue sur les collines; celle qui fait office de séjour nous offre un témoignage suggestif et singulier de l’histoire de la villa et des évolutions du goût des propriétaires au cours des siècles. En effet, à l’occasion d’une restauration récente, sur les murs et au plafond sont réapparues au moins trois fresques superposées, que l’on peut attribuer respectivement à la seconde moitié du 18ème siècle, à la première moitié du 19ème siècle, et aux premières années du 20ème siècle. Etant donnée la qualité des œuvres et leur valeur documentaire il a été décidé de conserver la trace de tous les cycles picturaux : il en résulte une atmosphère fascinante, qui rendra votre séjour délicieux. Dans la pièce qui fait désormais office de chambre à coucher sont représentées, en harmonie avec les thèmes majestueux de l’escalier, les symboles des arts : la peinture, la sculpture, la musique et l’architecture. Pour cette raison l’appartement dit « Les trois époques » est dédié aux passionnés d’art et doté d’un piano et d’une petite bibliothèque d’histoire de l’art de la région.Cet appartement peut etre relié par une porte à l'intérieur à celui qui est nommé "The Ladies Retreat" en formant ainsi un grand appartment qui peut loger jusqu'à sept personnes.
La villa est entourée d'un grand parc de 12.000 mètres carrés equipés de tables, chaises, transatlantiques où vous pourrez vous relaxer sous de magnifiques arbres seculaires .
L'appartment et son équipement sont soigneusement nettoyés et assainis après tout départ et avant toute arrivée. Nous respectons un delai au moins de 24 heures entre un départ et une nouvelle arrivée et ca permet de bien aérer les pièces.
La considérable surface des pièces, des escaliers, des accès et du dehors favorise la distanciation sociale. Il y a tout pour une inoubliable vacance de détente après la tension du confinement des derniers mois.
La voiture n'est pas nécessaire: commerces, supermarché, restaurants, gare de train et arret bus sont dans les environs.
