Ambienti comuni interni. Open space al piano terra soggiorno/pranzo/cucina con lavastoviglie, camino e Smart TV satellitare.
Ambienti comuni esterni. Pergolato coperto con cucina esterna completa di piano di lavoro in granito, lavandino con acqua calda e fredda, due fornelli a gas, barbeque fisso e tavolo per 10 persone. La vicinanza della cucina interna rende tutto più comodo; porticato con salotto esterno e biliardino. Lavanderia (disponibile a partire da 7 notti).
Camere: 4 matrimoniali/doppie, tutte con bagno privato, una al piano terra e tre al primo piano senza ascensore. Letti aggiuntivi disponibili.
Climatizzatori e riscaldamento. Presenti in tutti gli ambienti interni.
Internet WI-FI. Presente sia negli ambienti interni che esterni.

Piscina riscaldata a vostra esclusiva disposizione. Essendo una piscina stagionale le aperture e le chiusure possono variare. E' sempre aperta tra il 1° giugno e il 31 agosto ed è sempre chiusa tra il 1° novembre e il 31 marzo. Contattateci per maggiori informazioni sull'apertura della piscina negli altri mesi (aprile, maggio, settembre e ottobre). Vasca da m.12x6 per un'altezza di cm.140 interamente piastrellata. L'area intorno alla vasca è attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni, prese elettriche, connessione internet wifi gratuita e una cabina doccia. Il bar a bordo piscina è completo di frigo, freezer, lavandino con acqua calda e fredda, bancone, sedie, tavolo e sgabelli. Illuminazione notturna. L'area piscina è interamente recintanta e regolamentata a norma di legge. Al check-in vi verranno affidate le chiavi per gestire l'accesso in piscina all'interno della fascia oraria prevista dal regolamento.
