Description

Situated on the breezy mountain top of Upper Carolina, this Villa consists of 3 separate units. Currently we are renting 2 separate units, 1 bedroom, 1 bath suites with access to the pool and spa with panoramic views looking down onto Coral Bay Harbor and The British Virgin Islands.

Newly renovated the casual interiors of these Caribbean suites are painted with bright island colors and are furnished with comfortable wicker and rattan seating. Each unit has a bedroom, bath and kitchenette are all located on the second level, entering down a staircase from a paved driveway.

Suite Papaya sleeps two comfortably with an option to add one more guest; it features a King bed, pullout sofa, platform daybed mini-room, A/C, and faces both south and west, capturing stunning sunsets.

As 29 year residents, we would be delighted to give you our suggestions. We respect your privacy while at Suite Papaya, and hope to make your visit to St. John and your stay with us memorable. We encourage you to read the guest book on your arrival to get some ideas of what to do during your stay. We have also created an information binder that has several brochures for things to do as well as hiking guides.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
