Description

Confortable, clean, quiet, very bright appartment. 20 min from the center of Paris (Metro Alésia or Porte d'Orléans, many transport facilities, many shops). Very big dinning room+1 bedroom (2 dooble beds). Kitchen in which you can eat, bathroom, toilets in a separated room. Two big balconies where you can eat and stay, one with view on a garden, the other on a little quiet street with gardens. Fridge, toaster, oven, micro-wave, washing machine. 3rd floor with elevator. Wi-fi (optic fiber). Plenty of DVD, but no TV.

How do damage deposits work?
