This spacious and well-presented detached cottage is situated in the village of Coldingham, just north of Eyemouth and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.Chaldon is a well-presented detached cottage situated in the village of Coldingham, on Scotlands southeast coastline, just north of Eyemouth. The property sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, two twins, a double benefiting from en-suite shower facilities and another double on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom, shower room and a downstairs basin and WC. On the ground floor you will also find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a spacious sitting room whilst outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture, as well as off road parking for four cars. Chaldon is situated just eight minutes walk from the beach and the centre of the village of Coldingham is a short stroll away, offering lots of shops, cafes and restaurant for you to sample. With interesting attractions such as St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve, Eyemouth Maritime Centre, Paxton House and Chain Bridge Honey Farm also within easy reach, Chaldon is the perfect property for a family holiday at any time of the year. One well-behaved pet welcome and second dog available on request with £20 charge (not in bedrooms).

With Berwick upon Tweed 8 miles away and Edinburgh and Newcastle upon Tyne both reached in an hour, Eyemouth is a great base for touring the Scottish Borders.
