Description
Old Farmhouse "Agriturismo Henni" of 1800th totally renovated with antiseismic criteria in 2016, with swimming pool 6mt x 12mt, hydromassage and sauna with panoramic view.
The building is situated upper the hill, around the house there is and olive grove, vineyard and wood.
The ideal place for privacy, quiet and relax.
The house is 300sqm, composed from 6 double bedroom with private bathroom, 2 entrances, dining room, kitchen, living room. In the garden there is a little building, inside you can find the jacuzzi, sauna and one bathroom.
Outside fenced garden of 15000sqm with gazebo with table, chairs and rattan sofa for 12 people, swimming pool with sun-beds and umbrella.

“Wonderful Villa with amazing views”
A spacious comfortable villa equipped to a high standard that can easily accommodate 3 families with children. Garden/pool/pool house makes good use of the spacious garden with an outdoor dining/lounge area in the centre. Good service with the pool and hot tub cleaned on a regular basis throughout the week. Valentina helped to organise an evening with Christina who cooked wonderful authentic Toscany cuisine for both kids and grown ups, amazing! Wonderful views with Montepulciano in the horizon.

Posto meraviglioso, in cima alla collina, che offre un panorama mozzafiato. Ogni camera dispone di un bagno privato. Cucina super attrezzata. Piscina, sauna ed idromassaggio bellissimi.

Response from the owner Grazie per la vostra recensione! E' stato un piacere ospitarvi speriamo di rivedervi in futuro! Per quanto riguarda il prato ci tengo perché è costata molta fatica la realizzazione del giardino e siccome c'è un parcheggio per le auto e si può fare manovra lì si può evitare di salire con l'auto sul prato e lasciare i solchi delle ruote che ancora oggi mi fanno tribolare per tagliare l'erba. Un caro saluto! Ivano
