Kellas Estate is situated on 2,500 acres in the North East of Scotland in between Elgin and Forres and near the Highlands. Historically the Moray region has a dry and soft climate, for which it has earned the name of 'Scottish Riviera'. Seasonally changing flora and fauna offering beautiful panoramas make Kellas Estate a true paradise. Moreover this area has the least rain of all of Scotland.On a carefully selected location on Kellas Estate you will find the mill of Kellas, rated with a four star **** by Visit Scotland, which was built in 1898.

The Mill is located opposite the Mill of Kellas Trout Fishery.

It has stunning views, the ideal comfortable home for friends and family to relax and enjoy. In April 2021 we installed a luxury hot tub that fits 7 guests. The Mill is offering you: a fully equipped large kitchen,dining table (suitable for 8) ensuite the sitting room, large corner sofa and open fireplace. Also located downstairs is an additional shower room and seperate toilette. The hallway leads you to the study. Ideal for a playroom for the children or to watch t.v. it has a small sofa bed suitable for 2. Upstairs another bathroom with bath/shower and toilette and 3 double bedrooms, of which two bedrooms have their own sink in the rooms. There is a large picknick table on the terras with great views to our fishery and stunning country side.

We do NOT allow stag or hen party's. Also if guests bring their pet's we allow max. of 2 dogs. Cats not allowed. Dogs must be on the lead at ALL times and are not allowed upstairs. We also ask for an additional fee of GBP10 per pet per day (for additional cleaning).

“Wonderful”

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights in Mill of Kellas and we had a great time. The property is so secluded with lots of wildlife around about and a fishery in the immediate vicinity which we took advantage of on our last full day. The house is great with plenty of space for 8 adults to enjoy. We’ve all become quite accustomed to a hot tub when we take a trip away together, so we absolutely loved that this property had one. The kitchen facilities were great, plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, shower room and toilet which was a bonus! We took a trip out to Findhorn beach which wasn’t too far a drive. Vivienne was very helpful and kind and provided us with all the info we needed prior to our arrival, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property.

Well equipped and maintained, clean, cosy with comfortable beds. The kitchen in particular is very spacious and invites for a long stay. Recommended!
