Description
This is a newly built 4 bed roomed house on its own grounds with extensive private garden and off road parking.
The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall to a large kitchen/dining room with utility, boot room and toilet off. The ground floor also comprises of 1 lounge room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The upper floor consists of 2 large double bedrooms with en suites.
One lounge has a wood burning stove for cosy nights in.
It is a child friendly house. We have a stair gate also a high chair and cot, we provide buckets and spades for the beach and also beach towels.
The house is within a 5 to 7 minute walk of the village. The village itself has restaurants, pubs and a well stocked supermarket. It also has other facilities, gift shop, pharmacy and a doctors surgery.
It has a Roman Catholic church and a Church of Ireland Cathedral, both churches are worth visiting, but the Cathedral has an interesting history and is a quirky building.
This property is also close to the Celtic Ross Hotel a popular wedding venue, our house is ideally suited to accommodate extended family attending a wedding.
