Description

We are creating this space for travelers, expats, explorers, students, etc, people who enjoy the company of local and international hosts who know Bangkok well. Our house is in residential area of Bangkok, riverside old town district which is called Krung Tonburi.

Our house is located in Charoen Nakhorn soi 16, next to Thai traditional clinic which is the same owner of our house. The house is live in 30 years old ; the house had renovated on 2012 by my father Dr.Komson. Aim to welcome friends , guest and traveler to meet traditional Thai experience in Bangkok.

The private room is 9.6 square meter with queen size bed provide for 1 person or a couple. The room is on the second floor. Our bedroom separate with bathroom. The house provide 4.5 bathroom for the hold house share. For the first floor we have living room, kitchen, out door garden and bathroom.

Getting to the house:

Easy to get transports to Temple, Old town, Chao Phraya River, night markets, weekend market, night life, China town and shopping district by BTS , Taxi and River boat service.

our house is well connected with BTS (sky train), River boat service at central station (every flag boat), or by car we near to expressway.

Saphan Taksin (s6) BTS station (Exit 1) is 10 mins walk away.

Krung Thon Buri (s7) BTS station (Exit 4) is 9 mins walk away.

River boat service at Central Pier (Sathorn-Taksin Pier) is 10 mins walk away.

You can also get a tuk-tuk or a taxi or motorbike taxi up the road. Some well known areas of Bangkok are within walking distance.

Well-placed is a good for shopping, sightseeing area of Bangkok city, and the end of the day it is a quite place to come back home to relax and sleep. We provides a most conducive spot for you to take a break from your busy days.

The house is locate in city center: just 19 minutes to Siam by bts, and it normally takes about 46 minutes to reach the airport, 19 mins by Taxi to Khao Sarn road or 20 mins by boat that is cost less than 20฿! With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

-Room cleaning time is 12 pm to 2 pm. LATE ARRIVAL No worries! We open 24/7. You can come anytime just inform us early.
-Do not smoke inside the room or house but we provide smoke area at the garden.
-Other people are not allowed in the room, only hostel guests.
-Pet have to advance booked and and had confirm by owner before coming. The owner have the manner to control them pets and responsibility for the pet such as them noise, and waste.
