Loft charming workshop in Charonne / Bastille / Voltaire / Roquette, a paved path with trees 200m from the metro Charonne (line 9), 10 minutes walk from the metro Faidherbe Chaligny (line 8) or Philippe Auguste (line 2 ). In the district, there are all traders which one may need: bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, cheese shops, markets, supermarkets, laundry (! To dry clothes faster) ... it's a lively neighborhood with lots restaurants and cool bars. Gustave Lepeu is a secret passage, unique you will discover Paris with her smiles. The people are friendly, smiling and solidarity ... We all appreciate the quality of life and the good usability. Children are welcome. They can play in the passage while adults bouquinent, discuss or gardening ... We have built "terrace" with chairs and a table to enjoy your outdoor lunches and snacks, which is quite exceptional in Paris! Pets are welcome if they can stand in the apartment and outside! The apartment, on several levels, is composed as follows: Ground floor, living room, with just over 3m high ceilings and a large window, is a beautiful volume with a sofa bed (140x190 for 2 people), coffee table, storage space, table and 4 chairs, a TV stand / DVD / Stereo ... on the same level, you go to the bathroom / toilet and kitchen is open and elevated. ... if you go down some stairs, you arrive in the office at a lower intermediate level. This piece (2m height ceiling) has a real bed (electric bed + mattress) available for 1 person and a nice desk 70s Luigi Colani ... We can work or rest! ... office down some steps and you arrive in the room. The chamber at -1 is a nice room with a high ceiling, benefiting from 2 wells of natural light. Featuring a large 140x190 bed for 2 people and storage space, it has been carefully decorated with antique objects brought our various journeys. From a practical standpoint, the kitchen, where you can dine on an old bistro table and 3 chairs 50s, is fully equipped (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction 3 lights, hood); dishes, cookware and small appliances are provided (coffee machine, toaster, kettle). The bathroom / toilet, tiles of mosaïc has a large fully tiled shower and washing machine; linens and towels are provided. Regarding technology: TV, DVD, Music, free access to internet, wifi inside and on the "terrace" we can lend you a laptop if needed ... ... and entertainment: toys, games and books are available for children and adults ... Our apartment is located right in front so we will be always available for early morning or late arrivals. In short, it awaits you!
