The bedroom features a California king bed, split air conditioning, a flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room along with a ceiling fan (no a/c), a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. For outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #1803 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 4.

There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area.
