Plenty of room for your family! This large 3 level home on the East shore of Big St. Germain Lake is the perfect spot to enjoy the lake and the St. Germain Area. With sleeping room for 10-14, this year round home is great for a summer family vacation, fishing trip, fall getaway or a fun filled winter outing.

With over 2800 square feet of living space, this home offers 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 1 double bed and 4 single beds , as well as 3 full bathrooms. Families will enjoy the additional lower level game/rec room space with second TV area.

Large screened in porch with sky lights makes for a relaxing lounge area with awesome lake views. Canoes, kayaks and more!

New appliances, new furnishings, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and air conditioning, wifi, 3TVs and two outside grills, provides comforts and amenities that gives our guests more time to enjoy their vacation.
