Getting around

Walk! We hardly ever rent a car unless we are doing a day trip somewhere, because everything you need in Playa from the beach, to shops, to 5th avenue is literally steps away!

Interaction with guest

We have a property manager who lives close by and can help you out at anytime. He answers emails, calls and can pop by to help you out if needed, but other than that, our guests have full use of our unit and common elements without any disruption from owners etc. We want you to enjoy our home like it is your own!

Although our condo is large enough and has sleeping options for more than 8 people, the condo board is strict on the regulation that 3 bedrooms can only hold 8 people.

How do damage deposits work?
