Spectacular Ocean and West Maui Mountain views can be enjoyed from this luxurious 11th floor newly remodeled condominium. This family owned 2-bedroom vacation home offers vacation privacy in one of the most desired upscale resort locations in Hawaii. Kaanapali Alii is rated Maui’s top value by Travel and Leisure. The Alii is maintained like a hotel, with an Activities Desk, 24-hour front desk, tennis courts, swimming pool and activities concierge, yet all the conveniences of a fully-equipped condominium. The kitchen is fully supplied, there is a washer and dryer in the condo, extra towels and sheets are also available for your use. There is a wonderful BBQ area right next to the pool for outdoor cooking and dining.

Situated between the Maui Marriott and the Westin Maui Hotel on Kaanapali Beach, the unit offers seclusion, yet is in the heart of all the Kaanapali fun. Unit 4-111, which is on the 11th floor, offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and the West Maui Mountains. The resort is 45 minutes from the Maui Airport at Kahului and a mere 5 minutes from the historical fishing village of Lahaina. Just a short walk down the paved path you can shop at the upscale outdoor mall, or dine at the great restaurants at Whalers Village.

Our condo features over 1500 square feet of smoke free living space, including two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and showers, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room complete with LCD TV and DVD. The “Lanai” (balcony) offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and West Maui Mountains.

The recently updated pool and barbecue area is beautiful and the 3000 square foot state of the art fitness center is a welcome addition.

We recently replaced the beds in both the master and guest bedroom and they were both outfitted with protective encasement for your protection.

We know you will love Maui, Kaanapali Alii and our condo, that is situated in the beautiful Kaanapali Beach Resort.
