Description

An amazing recently renovated village house, located on one of the highest spots of Ramni Village in Apokoronas region, in Chania of Crete. It's decorated with a mixture of traditional and modern touch and is fully equipped with all amenities, making sure that you experience a more than comfortable stay...

The villa includes a 3-bed ground floor bedroom with it's own private bathroom as well as a double bed bedroom with it's own private bathroom at the loft of the house. There is also a small extra WC. It accommodates up to 6 (six) visitors in total with the option of adding 1 or 2 extra beds in case it's needed. Both bedrooms have straight access outdoors, either to their private balcony or to the sitting area just outside the main entrance at the ground floor.

A dinning table next to the old stone stove, is there to welcome you in all your meals and cable tv is available for you at the living room area.

Among others, you will find a gas stove and an oven for your cooking and a washing machine for your laundry. The house provides underfloor and pump heating as well as a fireplace for you winter staying and air-conditioning for hot summer days.

The villa is located just 35 min away from the center of Chania, 15 min away from Kalyves beach, 10 minutes from Nio Chorio and Armenoi villages and surrounded by a spectacular view of the mountains up to the sea during the day and of all stars in the sky during the night..

You can choose Villa Kalogra either for your winter or for your summer holidays!

It is ideal for those who seek relaxation, privacy and a combination of village, city, mountain and sea experience!
