New villa in a great location in a happening neighborhood with 3 modern bedrooms that can sleep 6 and 2 bathrooms with shell tiles and nice decor. Villa is ideally located close to a Go carting court, the beach, supermarkets, hotels, and great restaurants nearby.

All bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning flowing through a modern kitchen with everything you need, an induction top, range hood, dishwasher, microwave and oven, pots and pans, a great fridge with 4 doors with cold water, and an ice maker. The Villa offers a great patio area with a roof covering a wooden IPE deck where you can relax on the lounge beds overlooking a North American-style pool, only 46 inches deep, where you can relax with your drinks or dance under the stars. Watch a movie from the pool with the WIFI projector or have fun in the golf putting area with golf clubs and golf balls available at the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
