One bedroom apartment 4 minutes walk from the most original part of 5th avenue (la quinta) in the area of Playa Mamitas.
Best equipped units in Playa, just bring your toothbrush to fell completely home.
Walking distance to anywhere, beach, shops.
Beautiful, brand new and very comfortable apartment on the first floor with direct acces to de patio garden in downtown Playa del Carmen, five blocks from the white sands and turquoise waters of Mamita's Beach and 2 minutes from the Little Italy side of 5th Avenue, this one bedroom condo has a king size bed and futon couch for children or a third guest.
The terrace is huge, the colourful table seats four for outdoor living and eating.
The garden is equipped with a shower, charcoal bbq, a wooden table that seats 12 in the outdoor dining area.
Amenities: fully equipped kitchen, gas oven, microwave, blender, full size refrigerator, a/c in living area and bedroom, 32 inches flatscreen tv with dvd player in bedroom, flatscreen TV in living area, wifi internet throughout, laptop size safe box for your valuables.
One weekly cleaning and towel/bedding change is included, additional daily maid service can be arranged as low as USD 15. Just bring your toothbrush!
Regular electricity usage is included up to 5 kw per day; please note that this is more than enough for ordinary usage. However, if you exceed this amount, you will have to pay the difference, e.g. if you leave your air conditioner and lights on all day.
Walmart is an easy walk or a 3 minutes / $2 dollars taxi ride and there are plenty of restaurants (550 at last count) within easy walking distance.
USD $50 monthly fee for Evolve Dream Gym, locates 4 blocks away, open all week 6am to 10pm, a well equipped body builder friendly environment.
Special agreement with Cuban-Mexican Medical Center for neurology, ozone therapy and dentist services.

Transfers from Cancun airport can be arranged, U$65 one way for a car up to 3 people with luggage or U$75-90 for a van for 4 to 10 people with luggage. Our drivers know perfectly the location, they'll drive you directly to our place in 45 minutes and they'll be in touch with me making our encounter easier. Airport drivers charge more and usually do not know Playa del Carmen at all, public tranpsortation takes 1 and a half hour to get here and costs 25 U$ per person.
Luxury transportation available, quotes on request.
If you wish to find any item in your fridge just contact us before your arrival and we'll do the shopping for you.
