The Condominio la Dolce Vita is superb 8 apartment building spanning 3 floors in one of the best areas of Playa del Carmen. Just 5 blocks from the most trendy and modern part of 5th avenue and 7 blocks from the famous Mamita's beach club, we are situated near to great restaurants, banks, supermarkets and shopping centres.
The 8 apartments are all almost identical each other. They are classifiable in 4 types (2 unit per each type):
A-large balcony and private jacuzzi
B-balcony
C-no balcony but bigger living room
D-no balcony and regular living room
The listing is the type B.
Offering an atmosphere of privacy, relaxation, security and comfort in a modern ambience, you will enjoy the marriage of both European and Caribbean style.
All the apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a large kitchen with fridge. A/C throughout, cable TV, fast WIFI internet access, king-size bed, comfortable futon in the living room.
The beautiful common roof garden is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time in the swimming pool, enjoying a great barbecue or have a romantic breakfast under a typical Caribbean "palapa".
The Condominio la Dolce Vita is the best quality-price deal in town!!

The rooftop garden with pool, palapa, lounge area and BBQ is a common area shared with the other 7 apartments of the Condominio La Dolce Vita.
-We include a cleaning service and change of towels every 3 days.
-Breakfast (coffee, milk, tea, slices of bread, jam, butter, nutella, cereals, cookies and fruit) it´s served every day except Saturday and Sunday.

The neighbourhood
The neighborhood is one of the most nice, quite and save in Playa del Carmen. There are many excellent local restaurants around.

Getting around
Every thing is reachable in less than 15 minutes walking. You really do not need more than your feet...
There are a lot of things to do in the Riviera Maya:
exploring the Mayan culture, diving and snorkeling in the caribbean see or in a 'cenote' between its with wild turtles, sharks, whales sharks, dolphins. Birds watching, sailing, fishing and spearfishing. Playing golf, kite surfing, skydiving spending a relaxing time on an amazing beach, play beach volley or beach on the 5th avenue for shopping and enjoying the excellent bars and the crazy night life on 12th street. Come to enjoy all that and more in the Riviera Maya!
