Welcome to Casa Cristal del Mar (Seaglass House), a newly constructed villa that offers everything you need for a superb tropical vacation! This luxury residence is a brand new, custom built, 3,000 sq ft house located in the quiet fishing village just outside the prestigious gated community with the Four Seasons and St. Regis hotels

We are just yards away from the beach and our neighborhood offers nearby freshly squeezed juices, coffee, an organic garden cafe, homemade ice cream, and street tacos. A short 10 minute walk away you will find restaurant row with trendy beachside restaurants, shopping, tours, surfboard and paddle board rentals and lessons.

Got sand between your toes and salt in your hair? The entry courtyard to our villa has an outdoor shower to rinse off.

As you walk into our home, you are greeted with a spacious living room. a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a breakfast bar. The high ceilings and flowing spaces of the interior open through french doors to the private pool, flowering garden and potted herbs. The pool has a large shallow entrance shelf and is 5 feet deep. There is table seating for poolside dining. The open floor plan allows family members in the full kitchen to stay in contact with others even at the pool.

An ensuite king bedroom has doors opening to a patio by the pool, an additional half-bath and laundry room complete the first floor.

On the second floor, you will find a home theater with blue tooth capability, computer and Wi-Fi access complete with Apple TV and DVD.

The master suite has a king size bed, a study area with a desk and 2 twin size bed,s a full bath, a spacious outdoor covered balcony and a second balcony overlooking the pool.

The third ensuite bedroom sleeps 4, has mountain views and has a balcony overlooking the pool.

The Rooftop Terrace, complete with 360 views of water and mountains and abundant bougainvillea, provides resort a resort style experience! Dine al fresco under the large palapa with a live-edge table that seats 10, a bar that seats 7, a kitchen area with a Weber gas grill, toaster, 2 ceramic burners, dishes and cups, and stone sink. Relax in the colorful hammock or sleep under the stars in the twin bed. Two chaises face the ocean to soak up the sun and comfy sofas and chairs shaded by a teak stick pergola and surrounded by tropical flowers seat 8.

All the amenities you need in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here for your convenience! The entire house is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, blackout drapes, toiletries, hair dryers and flat irons are available in the king suites.

A pack and play is available for little ones. Family games and books are in the media room.

Surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler are also available for your use.

Our property manager, Roman, can address all of your needs including transportation, meals, shopping, sports activities and tourist information. We are available to answer any questions as well.

Have a large group or event? The charming Case Sera, directly across the street, can also be rented and also has a private pool and a capacity for 10 guests, making the two homes a perfect combination for groups, family reunions or celebrations!

Cristal del Mar provides and ideal sun-filled setting for discriminating travelers, surfers, families and even small weddings. Nearby daytime activities include scuba diving, snorkeling, biking, boating, sea kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, fishing and golf.

We love the slower pace of life in our little village and we have wonderful neighbors! Manny’s mini-super, right next door to our casa, provides basic grocery items and sundries. There is a larger market in the village as well.

Manny, next door, offers panga trips to the Marietta Islands and deep sea fishing. A private chef, a massage therapist, and a nail technician that provide in home services are available for an additional fee.

However, you spend your days in Punta Mita, you will be happy to call this very private villa home!
