Description

This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on the second floor of building with elevators faces the turquoise Caribbean sea and has great views of the ocean and pools. It is one of the largest (1400 Sq. Ft)2 bedroom units in Magia, and is on the west (preferred) side of the building. Refurbished in 2016 with all new furnishings and conveniences. Large, private balcony off kitchen and living room faces the pools and Caribbean waters.

Both bedrooms also have private balconies. All balconies have new, comfortable lounge furniture. Two large living rooms off the kitchen. One living room is set up with large couch, the other with pull-out sofa beds. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, second bedroom can be set up as a king-sized bed or 2 twins, whichever you prefer.There is also a Pack N Play for a baby/toddler. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Bedrooms are large and have closets and seating, black out drapes, and floor to ceiling windows facing west.

The large kitchen with granite counter tops, and marble table with chairs is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, glasses, utensils, etc.

Lots of natural light from wall of floor to ceiling windows facing east, marble floors and granite counter-tops, high ceilings, smart TV’s in living room and bedrooms, DVD player, international cable TV, wireless Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, safes in each bedroom, bottled water and more.

Complimentary chairs and umbrellas at our Beach Club, Indigo Beach, located 2 blocks from Magia. A complimentary parking space in the underground garage is included. High end quality bedding, iron, ironing board. Bathrooms include towels, hair dryers, and magnified make-up mirrors. Zoned AC with controls and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room.

Getting around

One of the greatest advantages in Playa is that you don't need a car and can walk everywhere. There are cabs and shuttles for day trips but you can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping and more. Very European
