Description
My place is close to the shopping center, golf course, water park, freeway, beaches, and resorts (Disney Aulani 10 min drive). You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the weather (trade winds), the comfy bed, the ambiance, the safety (gated community), the free parking, state-of-the-art amenities, and the big space (2 stories adding up to 3200 square ft).
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
I can accommodate up to 5 bedrooms (rates vary).
Guests cannot bring friends or relatives to sleep here more than they report
to Tripadvisor. Guests cannot bring many friends with many cars. Before you decide to book, please ask the owners first what can you do and what you cannot do.
Guests cannot use our house for a noisy party or make noise that can bother
neighbors (example: birthday party, graduation party etc.).
Owner reserve the rights to ask guests to leave without refund if a guest violates the rules or cannot comply with the rules. We are the hosts living across the street and it is convenience for guests.
This property is very quiet and locates in the gated community.
We hope guests will comply with our rules and stay happily and peacefully.
