“The perfect spot for families!” We love the Beach Villas at Koolina for many reasons! Owner -Dameen: Well I can't say enough positive remarks about Dameen, first - he is a real person;), I called to confirm. He returns all e-mails and phone calls promptly. He is very thorough in his responses, and very pleasant & professional to deal with. He also has many ideas for activities, with websites & phone numbers. Hawaii Team: The team who greets you in Hawaii is very professional and friendly. They show you to your parking stall, help you with your luggage, and give you a tour of the condo (and how to use appliances/television) and resort. And best of all, if you have questions about the condo during your stay, someone will return your call immediately and if action is required it is done right away. Amazing customer service! Condo: It is beautiful! I have to say I was a little hesitant at first to book this condo as it is facing a field (and not the pool). For our family, it is the perfect location for the condo. Depending when you are visiting, you have a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise from the lanai. It is quiet, peaceful and private on the lanai. (If you are on the pool side - you do not get this). A few other perks of this condo - everything you need for cooking (from utensils to pots and pans to crock pots to wine glasses), everything and anything you can think of -is in the cupboards. Closet full of beach goodies - stock with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear...it's all there! For the little ones- pack and play, booster seat, potty, little stools! It's wonderful! And lastly, the pictures you see of the condo and the resort are accurate - our last visit was January 2014. Resort: Immaculate! It is exactly what you see on the photos, the resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach: love this beach! The lagoons are perfect for little ones! No big waves! It's quiet and it is not crowded.

“Beautiful Villa!” This is a very late entry and I normally don't write reviews, but this villa in Ko'Olina is simply amazing! My family, including my husband and 2-year-old daughter, along with another couple stayed at David's condo last year and it was more than we could ask for. The place is well kept, clean, and has state of the art utilities. Melissa and David made the booking process easy, and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Even when the dryer broke at the beginning of our trip, Melissa and David were right on it and sent someone out immediately to fix it (the washer/dryer came in very handy during our vacation). Our favorite part about the villa was definitely the lanai. We woke up every morning and enjoyed the views for hours before even leaving the unit, and we spent every night watching the sunset from the lanai. Pure relaxation! The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook a lot of our meals, which saved us some money. There was even a BBQ by the pool area we used. Very convenient. Lagoon 2, which was where the villa was located, was definitely the best out the 4. Quiet, peaceful, and the water was amazing! The waves were mild and calm. My daughter loved it and even learned how to swim there! I can't say enough about our stay here. We have been to Oahu several times, but staying in Ko'Olina at this condo was definitely the best trip we've had to Oahu! We hope to come back soon.

“Very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful amongst the local people not in the rat race of touristy Waikiki.” We did not rent a car and used the local bus system to travel everywhere which was great but time consuming. The accommodation is at least an hour from Honolulu and Waikiki so travelling on a bus late at night is not ideal, however the bus does stop outside the condo complex. The condo facilities are comfortable with access to 2 pools, it is on the 3rd floor with stair access only which is hard with heavy luggage, however being higher up means there are sea views and the benefit of fresh breezes. We found the owner friendly and approachable.

“The sound of the waves, right outside your door, are like a lull” We had a "rough time" getting here (mechanical problems with the plane, canceled flight, etc.) but the cottage soothed our tired souls! We found the drum of the waves to be the best lullaby and the fresh air and abundant sunshine to renew our spirits. We appreciated the personal art on the walls and the large open space. For folks who enjoy cooking with local produce, the well stocked kitchen, the large number of pots/pans/utensils, and the full sized refrigerator are perfect. There was plenty of hot water in the shower (and good water pressure!), the furniture was comfortable (brought back memories of beach houses from our childhood), and the large counter surface in the "dressing room" was perfect for all of our "stuff". We used the outdoor patio table for several breakfasts and dinners, watched a neighbor vacationer fish from the sea wall, and took daily walks on the nearly deserted beach. There were many informative books in the cottage along with maps, Dvds, etc. We used the guide books but were too busy enjoying Oahu to need any other form of entertainment! Although we have traveled extensively in the past few years, this was our first trip to Hawaii. We have already recommended the cottage to family and friends - thank you, Peter, for sharing your wonderful home.

“Beautiful Beach front condo!” We had the most wonderful 10 day stay at the Ko Olina Beach villas penthouse. The unit had the most incredible view, there was not a single thing between us and the beach! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the condo. It was fully stocked with snorkel gear and beach towels, toys and chairs. Even an umbrella! Everything at this condo is high end. The master bedroom shares the same unobstructed ocean view as the living room; it was incredible to just open my eyes in the morning and watch the waves splashing off the lagoon rocks without even getting out of bed. We loved being able to relax in the beach bar loungers, looking out at the ocean with our toes in the small sandy area while the kids played nearby in the pool. It was the best of both worlds. This resort is extremely quiet and relaxing, and the service is amazing. Meg was very accommodating and so easy to work with. We will definitely stay again.

“First rate all the way” This location goes beyond all expectations. Everyone visiting Hawaii has preconceived ideas and expectations, this condo goes well beyond what you are expecting. I highly suggest this triple a location and enjoy the area! Fabulous
