Ko Olina Beach Villa BT1003 - Ocean Views 10th Floor Sunset and Ocean Views

Kapolei apartment

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“This place offers the best of all worlds” My boyfriend and I spent a week at this spectacular villa and can't wait to come back next year. We were greeted by Louie upon arrival and he escorted us to our underground parking space and walked us up to the villa. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the villa was the breathaking views; you have the ocean to the left and the mountains to the right. It was the perfect combination of water and nature. Louie explained the resort's amenities, including a fully equiped fitness facilty and lagoon. The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a high end home. We visit Hawaii once a year and have stayed at several high end hotels, including the Royal Hawaiian in Waikiki, Fairmont in Wailea, etc., and this villa is up there with the best accommodations the islands have to offer. The best part of the stay was that we always looked forward to coming back to the relaxing atmosphere of the villa. We often drove to Waikiki for shopping or to visit friends during the day, and enjoyed coming back to the Ko Olina area at night as it was peaceful and quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. The drive is only about 35 minutes so we truly had the best of both worlds in staying at this resort. We also enjoyed walking from the villa to Roy's for their happy hour specials as well as the shopping center nearby. There is a small market and a good variety of food and restaurants at the shopping center. We feel like we've uncovered a hidden treasure by finding this place. We are excited to return soon!

Ko Olina Beach Villas Beachfront (Beach Tower 709)

Kapolei apartment

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Beautiful Beach front condo!” We had the most wonderful 10 day stay at the Ko Olina Beach villas penthouse. The unit had the most incredible view, there was not a single thing between us and the beach! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the condo. It was fully stocked with snorkel gear and beach towels, toys and chairs. Even an umbrella! Everything at this condo is high end. The master bedroom shares the same unobstructed ocean view as the living room; it was incredible to just open my eyes in the morning and watch the waves splashing off the lagoon rocks without even getting out of bed. We loved being able to relax in the beach bar loungers, looking out at the ocean with our toes in the small sandy area while the kids played nearby in the pool. It was the best of both worlds. This resort is extremely quiet and relaxing, and the service is amazing. Meg was very accommodating and so easy to work with. We will definitely stay again.

“More beautiful views than expected!” We can't say enough about our fantastic experience. Our unit was indeed oceanfront. The views from the lanai and both bedrooms were breath taking to a very quiet and private cove. Sheltered from the waves the water was clear and clean and perfect for snorkeling or just floating the day away. Lovely pool area with a tropical bar and Bbqs. Our 2 bedroom condo was tastefully decorated, neat and clean, and stocked with high end linens, TVs and stereo equipment. Kitchen was stocked with anything you needed for cooking and entertaining. One of the closets also contained pool floats, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, beach bag, plenty of towels and more. Monkey Pod restaurant was a fun place for happy hour with live entertainment. Roy's has great food and a lovely patio for dining. Both are within easy walking distance. Connecting all of the KoOlina resorts and harbor is a ocean front paved walking trail. Nice way to start the day!

5-STAR Oceanview 3-Bedroom Villas in Ko Olina

Ko Olina villa

3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Five-Star Condo and Facility!” My family & I stayed at Ko Olina Villa's March 10-23. Our flight arrived 6 hours late, at 3:15 am. As Enterprise Rent-a-Car was closed, we had to take a (US$90) taxi ride to the condo; by this time, we were exhausted & fed up with travelling. We were welcomed by the front desk staff, given keys & directions to our condo. When we opened the door to #304, our frustrations left as we took in the beauty of the condo which was everything the photos showed & more! From the designer kitchen to the spacious master suite & second bedroom & bath, #304 is tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, comfortable beds & high-end linens. We traveled with our 17 year old daughter & friend who loved having their own space with two very comfortable beds, lots of drawer space, a TV & their own bathroom with a great shower. We appreciated the sliding doors opening on to the large lanai, overlooking he 'quiet' pool. Being on the third floor was particularly nice, as we had a great view of the grounds. The kitchen is designer, with Wolf stove & oven & a spacious Sub-Zero fridge/freezer. There is a two-drawer dishwasher & although we appreciated it, found it lacking space & it didn't clean the dishes too well even after the filter was rinsed out & vinegar run through a load. We then rinsed the dishes before putting them in & this helped. The communal BBQs (4) were in need of repair/maintenance with some not working. We have rented other vrbo's & found the kitchens usually had more supplies of spices, oils and basic condiments. There were some of these but we would have liked to have seen more, as we did 99% of our own cooking at the condo (one of the reasons we like to do vrbo) & had to buy things like mustard, mayo, ketchup & bbq sauce that were left behind nearly full. None the less, the condo itself was fantastic, everyone of the staff was friendly & always acknowledged us with a smile & Aloha! in passing. The grounds of the Villas are incredible, with huge Koi in the ponds. We really liked the 'quiet' pool & the Hawaiian music that played poolside. Our daughter & friend found the Fitness Facility to be very nice, with no waits for machines. The proximity to the beach & lagoon is great! There is a nice walkway that links the four lagoons & hotels nearby. We are avid snorkelers & really enjoyed the Honu lagoon in front of the Villas where we saw a great variety of fish & even turtles. Murial was wonderful to deal with from start to finish! Mahalo!

Ko Olina Beach Villa OT1404 Penthouse Full Ocean

Kapolei apartment

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 6

“Perfection in Paradise!” Ryan & Darlene's penthouse Ko Olina Beach Villa on the 14th floor is nothing short of first class luxury. Every amenity has been taken care of from the beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom unit to the high tech kitchen with sub-zero refrigerator to the wireless internet & cable TVs. Even the swim gear is ready for snorkeling in the nearby lagoon! The views from the patio/balcony are breathless as we watched the sunrise and sunset over the blue Pacific Ocean each morning and evening. We took advantage of the gym, which had much nicer equipment than our paid gym membership back home, as well as the lap pool & spa and the kids pool. The close parking and private elevator up to the penthouse was also a nice feature (only one other unit on the floor, very quiet!). Ryan & Darlene are extremely gracious hosts/owners and will treat you like you're their friends. They will make you feel comfortable and make sure everything is taken care of during your stay. Blayne and Eric will also go out of their way to make sure all of your needs are taken care of during your visit. The photos on the site really don't do the condo true justice. It's much, much nicer than words or photos can ever describe. Don't take my word for it though. Go see for yourself and enjoy perfection in paradise at the Ko Olina Beach Villa.

“Fabulous Beach Vacation Rental” My husband, twin 13 year old daughters and I had a fabulous stay in this condo. It had all the amenities described and more. We were pleased to find a closet full of beach chairs/toys/coolers etc. The condo was just as it appears in the photos and very clean. It met all our expectations and we would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends and family. The property owners, Ola Properties, were wonderful to work with as well. Thanks Ola Properties!

“a wonderful place in paradise- just a few issues” We stayed here as a family of 4 for 10 days in February. The condo itself was beautiful, on the 10th floor with a nice sized lanai and beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The resort is fairly new so the condo reflected that, very nice decor, lovely gourmet kitchen and very comfy beds! The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are very high off the ground so we had to place a mountain of pillows on the floor in case our 6 and 3 year old took a tumble in the night. Pros: Wonderful, spacious condo, lots of amenities and restaurants nearby (costco, target, ross dress for less, starbucks, health food store etc)Lagoon pools were fabulous and great for our kids. There was also a wonderful paved trail that followed the length of all four lagoons and many people went for early morning jogs/walks and sunset strolls. We visited aulani disney resort for shave ice (unfortunately we couldn't get into their wonderful pools, you can visit the grounds and eat at the restaurants but cannot buy a day pass for the pools, much to the dismay of our kids!) Cons: Ko Olina Beach Villas has 2 pools, a main lap pool with hot tub and then these wonderful lagoon pools which looked really great and the kids were pumped to go in, but they were under renovation the entire time we were there. We were not informed of this before we arrived so were quite disappointed. They were working on them and kept saying 'they should be open tomorrow' but that never happened..I hear they opened a few days after we left though. So we spent most of our time in the lap pool which was ok but the kids would have preferred the lagoons. Also, security is strict! We left a towel hanging on the back of our chair on our lanai and got a yellow slip with a 'violation of house rules' notice...yikes! Also, there were no toys allowed in the lap pool and most of the security enforced this quite diligently. They even said no to pool noodles! Other than those minor issues, we had a fantastic vacation and would recommend to friends

“This was such a beautiful property!” This was the most beautiful 2 bedroom place - we love tbe huge pocket doors that open up completely making the huge lanai a part of your living area... The swimming pools are awesome, one day, we were the only people using the pool all day!! The folks at the bar are very friendly and helpful with booking activities, the walking trails are so beautiful the lagoons are so baby/child friendly - there literally are no waves.. and I would stay at this beautiful place again!

“impressive” by far, one of the nicest places we have stayed. plenty of bathrooms(3) for our family of 6. the kitchen was well equipped, and we took advantage of that. the view was the selling point, being on the 9th floor we could see everything. it was convienient to be able to walk to the other hotels, and luau. the only 2 issues, were the shower in the master bath, pointed straight at the door, so when you turned the shower on, you got soaked. also the location, while having the great view (bt901) also acted as a wind tunnel, so when you opened the front door, you and everything blew. maybe a glass wall could be put up around the balcony. we couldnt keep the door mat, or weather stripping from blowing away. great place.

“Great location; luxury amenities” The pictures shown on all the sites related to the Ko Olina Beach Villas are very accurate. The property is truly amazing; lovely amenities, close proximity to the beach, excellent staff. We rented through Ola Properties so we were not able to use some of the facilities. We did have an issue with cockroaches which was quite disappointing. The property management wsa excellent in responding, but it was an inconvenience. I would recommend a regular maintenace program to ensure there are no problems.

“Breathtaking.” This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. The arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms allowed for privacy while living together. The OLa agent we dealt with went above and beyond expectations. The pools, hot tub, and the lagoon were less than five minutes apart. Sunrises and sunsets were easily viewed and gorgeous. The only annoying feature was the towel police.. If you hang your towel on the balcony to dry, they come and tell you to take it inside.

“Gorgeous Condo - Gorgeous Location!” This place was fabulous. Perfect for a family of 4 - wonderful kitchen (very high end). Deck had a great view - property is right on the beach and an easy walk to the adjacent property that had tennis courts (court fee). Nice pool and barbecue area. Complex is isolated from all of the activity of tourist shops and crowds. Grocery store is very small but there is a Costco on the way from the airport - so stock up before you get there! Would highly recommned.

About Kapolei

With modern houses and a love for the environment, this is the perfect vacation spot for someone looking to relax and indulge in city life that’s not too far from nature. There are plenty of activities to try during your stay, too – just book your vacation rental on FlipKey and start discovering the magic of Kapolei!

About Kapolei

You’ll find Kapolei on the third largest of the Hawaiian Islands – Oahu. The land was once home to pineapple and sugarcane fields that belonged to James Campbell, but is now a popular city vacation spot!

It’s not quite finished being built yet, but that doesn’t mean that Kapolei isn’t a great place to stay. It’s the thriving hub of all the islands, second only to Honolulu, and is always buzzing with activity. See what’s on during your stay and start planning!

While you’re here, enjoy the unique blend of city life and green open spaces. You’ve got to check out the beaches, too – they’re fantastic!

For the shopping fans, there’s really no place better in Hawaii. There are several huge malls in Kapolei including the Kapolei Shopping Center, Kapolei Commons and the Marketplace. Take your pick! If it’s not your thing, there are plenty of entertainment options to distract you.

What to do in Kapolei

The beaches of the Ko Olina Lagoon are beautiful and inviting – no matter what time of year you visit. There are several sandy stretches that make the perfect spot for a day by the ocean. And the calm, blue waters of the lagoon make it so much better.

For aviation and history enthusiasts, don’t miss the chance to take part in the Admiral’s Warbird Adventure! You’ll have a 50-minute flight on a restored WWII US Navy SNJ (AT-6) and will trace the routes that Japanese pilots used in their surprise attack on Pearl Harbor.

Whale watching is a must if you’re in Kapolei. Hawaii Nautical Cruises are great tour guides and they have a fantastic policy of ‘See dolphins – or whales, or turtles – or sail again free.’

For a family adventure, spend the day at Wet ‘n’ Wild waterpark where you will find over 20 attractions that offer everything from extreme water slides to a relaxing lazy river. It’s a great spot to cool off!

Top travel tips for Kapolei

Almost every beach around the island has free public access, so don’t be afraid to set up camp in front of the hotels.

Try food from the trucks around the island—Kahuku shrimp and Huli-Huli chicken are local favorites. Any seafood here is pretty good as it’s freshly caught each day!

If you’re going to visit Pearl Harbor, reserve your tickets online or arrive very early (7 am) as they give away 1,300 tickets on a first come first serve basis.

Staying in and around Kapolei is an exciting city break, with a beach thrown in! To find the perfect rental property, visit FlipKey where you will be spoilt for choice.

Very nice condo

We had a very nice week's stay in this condo. The community is away from Honolulu which was perfect for us because we didn't want to be in the middle of crowded Waikiki, but some other people may see that as a negative. It was quiet and comfortable and not crowded. Nice beach & lagoon, 2 nice pools, excellent gym. good view of the ocean from the lanai. Be aware that there's no restaurant on site and limited options in the immediate vicinity which makes a rental car a necessity. The photos that I saw of the unit online before booking were accurate--that's what it really looks like.see more

Fantastic Stay in Ko Olina!

Great location in Ko Olina, very clean, amazing views. Perfect for our family of five for a seven night stay. Very easy to book. Ryan was great with providing us a wealth of information that was needed for our stay. But not overdone with too many e-mails. Lynn, our greeter, was great too. Very responsive when we had questions. Lagoon and pools were wonderful for all and loved that snorkels, boogie boards and beach chairs were provided for use. Thank you for a great stay, will definitely recommend!see more

The Villas at Ko Olina were even better than advertised. The owner, Murial Lin, was always there to answer questions and her property was an outstanding place to get away to for any period of time. The condo and property are meticulously kept and the folks that work at the property were always helpful and pleasant. I will have no problem referring this property to others.see more
