Enjoy magnificent views from this brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, located in beautiful Upper Carolina, overlooking the quaint port, Coral Bay. Blue Palm Villa is easily accessible by paved roads, just five minutes from Coral Bay, and 10 minutes from the North Shore beaches.

Convenient to beaches and town, but miles away in atmosphere, this home features all the comforts, including a sparkling, 10 x 20 foot pool, with spacious decks for both sunning or relaxing in the shade.

The home's three bedrooms offer the best of island ambience. Each bedroom features its own covered deck, which overlook beautiful Coral Bay and the Bordeaux Mountain Valley and beyond from an elevation of 800 feet. Each bedroom also features king size beds, with all the comforts of home. The bedrooms occupy separate structures of each other for total privacy.

The homes three bathrooms feature mahogany vanities, Italian marble showers with matching Italian marble counter tops.

The great room features soaring ceilings with beautiful clear Cypress and cool imported Italian tile floors. The great room features comfortable overstuffed furniture of wicker and rattan. Enjoy the beautiful views from the great room while listening to your favorite CDs, or watch movies or sports of your choice on cable TV.

Enjoy your dining in the dining area or outside under the large 10 x 20 foot covered deck, while listening to the soothing sounds of the swimming pool.

The kitchen is a large open design, featuring a center island with stove, to enhance the flow of light and conversation throughout the great room. The custom lighting in the kitchen add to the island atmosphere as well as complementing the beautiful and rich custom mahogany cabinetry and sleek solid granite countertops.
