A simply fabulous villa, looking out over breathtaking views of the St Martin and Tortue islands and the turquoise ocean, the Villa Lagon Bleu is found in the exclusive gated community of Domaine du Levant; one of only 15 properties. Sitting in the wonderful Petit Cul de Sac region of St Barts, it’s an ideal choice for discerning holidaymakers who want to enjoy a private, yet luxurious escape.
Just a few minutes’ walk away from the white-sand beach, and close to gorgeous boutiques and restaurants, the villa is in an ideal position. It’s a particularly spacious villa; ideal for families or groups of friends. It currently has five perfectly appointed beautiful bedroom suites, with a fifth shortly being added.
There are two bedrooms in separate cottages, which offer real privacy. Both have queen-size beds, plus their own small kitchen and living area. As for your fabulous master bedroom, it’s on the main level of the villa, and has a king-size bed, in addition to its own private terrace. You’ve also got two more bedrooms on the lower level of the villa which also have king-size beds and private terraces.
Decorated in a chic style, you can expect high-end décor and design throughout, with fine furnishings and comfy furniture. The communal living area is extensive, with two living rooms on offer; both enjoying wonderful ocean vistas.
There’s a superb kitchen, fully equipped with all of the mod cons that you’ll need, with a small breakfast bar. Or you can choose to eat outside, using the gas BBQ, in the wonderful dining area. There’s a fantastic sun deck with a large swimming pool; surrounded by comfy loungers; a fabulous place to make the most of the sunshine.
