Close to the wonderful boutiques and restaurants of Gustavia, and with stunning views of turquoise ocean, the fabulous Villa Grace is an outstanding choice for discerning holidaymakers. Close to the St Jean area too, it’s situated up in the lush tropical hillside of the Anse de Cayes region of St Barts.
A particularly large and spacious villa, it’s an ideal choice either for large families or groups of friends who wish to holiday together. Design-wise, expect cool and relaxing contemporary style, fine furnishings and Caribbean décor; featuring splashes of colour.
You’ve got six fabulous bedroom suites to choose from here at Villa Grace; making it a particularly versatile choice. The brilliant layout means that you can enjoy privacy in your own suite, with lots of comfy communal areas where you can relax. All of the wonderful bedrooms enjoy stunning ocean views, ensuite bathrooms and their own private decks.
You’ll find two of your bedrooms just off the living area, with a third bedroom also found on the same level. Two of the other bedrooms are found on the next level down. Your sixth bedroom is found a further level down and can either be set up with twin beds or a king-size bed.
As for your living area, expect lots of space and light. It’s an outdoor/indoor space which features lots of comfy seating areas and dining table that seats up to eight guests. Your gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for up to 14 guests and is fully equipped with all your mod cons, including a Nespresso coffee machine.
Step outside onto your beautiful deck where you’ll find your gorgeous heated infinity swimming pool surrounded by comfy loungers; perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. And you’ve also got a fitness room available for your use.

We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.
