Description
Located in the spa town of Rapolano Terme, just 400 meters from the Terme Antica Querciolaia and 3 Km. from Terme San Giovanni, this terrific local of 80 sqm. It is placed at ground floor of detached house where the owners and is situated directly on a wonderful terrace with gazebo of 27 square meters wood. full use of guests, with table and chairs, surrounded by a lush garden full of flowers, olive and fruit trees. The interior consists of a kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a large room with 1 double and 1 single. The car park is adjacent to private property. Within 500 meters you can find bars, pizzerias, restaurants, grocery stores and many, bakery and butcher shop. The structure is new, and very little used for tourism and is offered at the introductory price with very good value for money. The owners will also be permanently available for any small or large need of the guests are appassionatissimi of animals and if required will be happy to host free small and medium size dogs.
