Our Luxury Apartment with private hot tub in the heart of Dunfermline is the perfect romantic retreat, with contemporary interior design, mood lighting and great attention to detail.

The private, covered hot tub is exclusively for your use.

The extremely spacious open plan lounge with smart TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it perfect for both short or long stays.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk in rain fall shower.

The bedroom has a super-comfortable double bed. Built in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space.

Finished to a great a standard and with free WiFi, the apartment is the perfect romantic retreat.

There is private parking available.

The bus and train stations are less than 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely lovely to stay in would love to rent it again but cannot seem to which is a real shame any advice on re renting this property would be awsome

5☆ easy to find, close to restaurants and pubs. Fantastic flat. Outside seating area was lovely and having hot tub was such a bonus. Would highly recommend. The only downside for me was we only booked one night

Very spacious apartment with good facilities and decor. Hot tub was nice, the jets on one side didn’t work but it wasn’t a problem. The TV was big and allowed for a good film watch

“Nice place to stay”

Lovely area - decorated nicely - walls could be doing with paint touch ups - hot tub area and the house was lovely and clean to a high standard. Only thing that annoyed us was during the night we were awoken by what sounds like a hoover at 2am but I am not sure if this noise is from the boiler etc. Overall nice place to stay and the finishing touches were lovely.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
