Property for exclusive use
Modern villa with private pool and large exclusive garden fully equipped and fenced. The accommodation is perfect for 6 people but two extra comfortable beds can be added. The villa is on 3 floors measuring a total of about 200 sq.m. and has 3 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The accommodation is the ideal solution for a group of friends or a family who want to spend their holiday relaxing in a secluded area but only a short distance away from the bustling life on the coast.
External Area and Swimming Pool
The garden has terraces on various levels each linked with steps reaching the terrace paved in terracotta tiles where the bean-shaped pool is found, measuring 9x5 with a depth going from 1.20 to 2.00m, equipped with an outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas. Next to the swimming pool is a pretty gazebo with outdoor armchairs and sofas while another gazebo with table and chairs to eat outdoors is found just next to the villa. The property is reached through a characteristic iron gate leading to the private car park on the property.

Interior
The villa is on three floors, a raised floor, a second floor and a third one just under the roof. The main entrance is on the raised floor opening on a wide and bright living room with marble floor, a fireplace (unusable), satellite TV and dining area. Going up 3 steps you reach the perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. From the living room, you go directly outdoors and to the terrace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with access to the same terrace enjoying sweeping views, a bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and, on the way to the attic, closed by a curtain, a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor, the attic where there is a double bedroom with bathroom and shower and access to a terrace with an extraordinary view. In a separate room on the ground floor but at the back of the villa there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a washbasin for clothes.
Location
The villa is in a quiet position close to a town on the hills which dominates the plain of Versilia in a unique scenario with a view reaching the sea and on very clear days you can see the cliffs of Corsica.
