Description

Segovia Studio Units is a newly renovated house approximately 6 minutes away form San Juan International Airport. It is comprised of 3 independent studio units and 2 independent two bedroom units. This unit is a small, cozy, clean & furnished Studio. Beaches and tourist attractions are just 10 minutes away driving. Being located in an urban area we prefer guest that respect a quiet neighborhood.

If you need to get around renting a car is your best option. Each unit has it's parking so you wont have to worry about parking. If you are not renting a car Uber would be your most time-cost effective transport option.

We don't live at this property but we are there almost every day since we do the cleaning and the maintenance. If anything is needed please feel free to text or call.

How do damage deposits work?
