Description
Come visit our cosy caravan hideaway in the beautiful Conwy valley close to Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Conwy. A great central location for visiting all the sights of north Wales or to just simply relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the countryside within our secluded smallholding. All linen is provided and included in the price. Enjoy the silence, landscape and beautiful walks right on your doorstep.
All bed linens, towels, pots and pans are provided and we have freesat, wireless internet.
The caravan is located in a lightly wooded glade within our property, perfect for two. There are two comfortable bench style sofa's with cushions, TV, FreeSat, DVD and wireless internet. The bed is a double bed with a lovely bright double mirrored vanity unit and adjoining shower and toilet cubicle. The bedroom can be separated off with a sliding door for privacy if needed. The toilet is a chemical toilet serviced daily without any intrusion to guests.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with four burner gas stove and oven, as well a microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all plates, dishes, cups, drinking glasses and cutlery.
Outdoors there is a delightful picnic bench for al fresco dining and to gaze over the shimmering river Conwy or to star gaze on clear nights.
We hope we have thought of everything and all you need bring is yourself.
Our caravan is a self contained unit. There are a few steps from the rugged gravel parking area, and as such isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a quarter mile private lane/driveway from the main A470 - this is single farm track with a grass verge running up the centre, travellers with low slung vehicles or sports cars should take extra care. You might see other guests along the path as we have three self contained holiday properties listed within our extensive gardens, each with their own outdoor spaces and between 25 -100 yards apart, Cosy Caravan, Bluebell Cottage and The Nook.

“Peaceful retreat”
This caravan was better than expected. Plenty of room for the two of us, comfortable and secluded but with the owner nearby for any queries. BBQ and good outside eating area for sunny days. Lovely walk up to a wonderful view, 30min walk to surf snowdonia. Short car ride to local villages.

“Idyllic stay”
I decided to book a stay in Wales and came across Sylvia's caravan, it was a perfect base for Snowdon. I have never stayed in a caravan before and I was amazed at how Sylvia had made sure everything was included. From a fan, to an iron, everything was included even a kitchen sink. The caravan is in such a beautiful woodland just outside. So waking up to it was amazing. The weather turned on our second day, but I was thankful I made the call to book with Sylvia and not a campsite. Sylvia was a wonderful host and greeted us when we arrived. She even left us chocolates and wine. Would say that the shower was a challenge, as it's in a tiny place with the toilet. But! I would rather take a challenge then be out getting soaked. Will book again definitely

“Does exactly what it says on the tin!”
This is indeed a cosy caravan retreat. Exceptionally clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Ideal base for exploring with a lovely woodland path right outside the door. There a numerous information leaflets and details of walks thoughtfully left by the owner. Stunning views in a lovely setting where bird feeders next to the van are well used by woodpeckers, blue tits, great tits and robins.
