Description

This superb farmhouse style property is in Glenisla close to Genshee and can sleep nine people in five bedrooms.Holly House is an outstanding farmhouse style property with extensive rural views and is close to the UKs most extensive skiing and snowboarding facilities at Glenshee. The house sleeps nine people in five large comfortable bedrooms. The master double has an en-suite shower room. Plus there is a modern family bathroom with bath over shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area with a sitting room and dining area overlooking the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large enclosed garden and a shared games barn with off road parking for several cars. Located just a short drive from the local amenities of Alyth, Holly House is a perfect holiday base for nine guests to enjoy the Scottish Highlands all throughout the year.

Note: no stag or hen parties or similar.

The owner of Holly House has made us aware the new check in time will be 5pm for the foreseeable future,this is to create more time in between bookings to clean and sanitize the property. The owner has also requested that guests bring their own bed linen and towels (duvets, mattress and pillow protectors will be provided) the owner feels this is the safest route to take given the current situation.If there is any issues surrounding this request please contact us. The Games room will be available to guests on a rota basis due to being shared with Hazel Lodge

Enclosed lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Max 9 adults. Note: The property has ramped access to front and level access throughout the ground floor. Note: no stag or hen parties or similar. Town: Alyth has an array of shops, bars and cafés. It is close to Blairgowrie, Kirriemuir and Dunkeld and the coast at Arbroath is easily reachable. Ideal for exploring the great outdoors, Alyth is ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers and anglers as well as skiers.
