Luxurious and striking, the newly renovated villa is the definition of perfection and lavishness. Designed with all the high-end comforts combined with the magic of the sensational view of the Cretan Sea, it promises to impress your senses. Located in the village of Kastelli, within a small distance of the beach and stores. The modern design and the simple and elegant furnishings create a real homely atmosphere full of charm and comfort.

Indoor facilities

Villa Anemeli comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across five airy bedrooms. The main entrance is on the ground floor, which consists of a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances, a dining area, and two living rooms with satellite smart screen TV. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed and a communal bathroom which is suitable for all the guests. A staircase leads you to the first floor with three airy bedrooms, two bedrooms with double-size beds and satellite smart screen TV, and a bedroom also with a smart screen TV with a twin-size bed. Two of them share a bathroom while the other one has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom with the king-size bed, in the attic, has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and an exercise machine Seaview & an elliptical cross-trainer.

Outdoor facilities

Outside, the area seems like a paradise! The private pool (100 sqm/ 1.40m depth) is the perfect place to soak up the awesome sea view. There is a covered dining area with a pergola which comes complete with a barbecue, ideal for those who want to dine gazing at the surroundings. Don’t miss the parking space which is suitable for 4 cars. Outdoor furniture entreats you to relax and what better way to end your day rather than to enjoy the unique sunset.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid upon your arrival in cash.
