One of the nicest condos in all of Ocean City located in the sought after South Beach building. This is a Penthouse level condo with unprecedented design details offering over 2870 square feet of living space, 11 foot ceilings, Designer Chef's Kitchen with professional GE Monogram appliances. Beautiful spacious condo with 4 master bedrooms 4.5 baths Features 2 Ocean Front Master Bedroom Suites. Both offer King Beds and large private baths with jetted tubs, walk-in closets, separate showers. Third BR offers a Queen Bed and Private Bath, Fourth Bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk, a single trundle plus a double bed also with private bath. Comfortable for max of 12. Large flat panel TV's 2 gas fireplaces provide additional creature comforts. The balcony runs the width the great room plus both master suites.

Outstanding Features of this Condo: This was new in 2008, fully refinished and professionally decorated in 2016 with new large HD LCD TV's, new carpet, and paint. This is a beautiful new building in downtown location with a private secured garage. The building has great style and amenities including a beautiful indoor pool with huge sky lights, outdoor pool and large workout room. This condo features 2 gas fireplaces and 4 spacious full baths and a half bath to make for a comfortable vacation experience! Two dedicated parking spaces come with this condo, with overflow area for a 3rd car.

The gourmet kitchen offers high end GE Monogram stainless appliances including a gas cooktop, griddle, large built in refrigerator offering lots of space for all your vacation beverages and foods, wine chiller, and all the expected counter top appliances including Keurig and regular coffeemakers.

The large utility room has a full-sized washer and dryer in a large separate laundry room.

Twin Master Bedroom Suites: The Master bedroom suites provide a large sanctuary to get away from it all! Great ocean views from the overstuffed chairs. Two large sliding glass panels provide stunning views of the Ocean and Beach. These sliding doors access the balcony and views of the boardwalk, ocean and amusement pier. Great place to retire and relax in the high end balcony furniture including table with 4 chairs along with 4 Adirondack style lounge chairs. Have a front row seat for the weekly summer fireworks from the balcony. Our guests tell us they just live on the balcony, enjoying the views, ocean air, and sun. The pictures do not do the unit justice!

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are Jet Ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and t-shirt shops, Thrashers Fries and Fisher's Popcorn. All right at your door step. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away. There are many public golf courses just across the Rt 50 Bridge, with in a 5-10 min drive.
