Features huge Master Bedroom w/King bed and 2 full sized sofas, 2nd Bedroom also has a King bed; 3rd and 4th bedrooms have Queen beds; 5th bedroom has double over double bunk with single bed. One Sleep sofa in the lower level living room. Comfortable for max of 14. Six TV's, 1 per bedroom and 1 each in upper and lower living rooms. Master has large private bath w/jetted tub, and separate shower. Beautiful carpet and tile throughout this condo. Tastefully decorated & furnished w/comfortable sofas & chairs. NEW gourmet kitchen w/ new stainless appliances, New cabinets with under cabinet lighting; granite countertops. Extra large balcony wraps around both levels offering fantastic beach, ocean and bay views. Access to balconies from 7 new sliding glass doors through out the condo. All you need to enjoy your time on the beach or in the condo! When not on the beach enjoy the pool, views of the ocean, and sunrise. This is a large 2 level condo w/ over-sized rooms 9' ceilings, 2 gas fireplaces.

Standout features of this condo: This spacious 2800 sf. condo was new in 2004, purchased by new owner 2015. Totally redone in Spring of 2017 with New Furniture and bedding. This is a beautiful newer building in north Ocean City location with 4 private off street parking spaces. Very close to beach! This is far from your standard OC condo! Features, huge living/dining area, large kitchen, over-sized balcony w/ seating for 12 overlooking the beach, bay and ocean. This makes for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Luxury features galore! Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster and cutlery. Pool is located on same level and offers large sun deck with lounge chairs, great ocean views. Slider doors to the balcony offer easy outdoor access with sea breezes almost constantly blowing.

Bedroom Features: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all. Plenty of room for Queen Bedroom set with carpeted area, 2 full sized sofas! It has a slider that provides direct access to the balcony which also provides a great view of the ocean. The master bath features jetted tub and separate shower. There are 2 other bedrooms on the lower level one with a queen bed and access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. The other has full over full bunk with a singe bed. The bath opens to the hallway. Great for cleaning up after a day on the beach. Each bedroom has an HD TV and ceiling fans. This Condo has sold out in past summers!

Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in smaller condos. With beach block property so expensive it is fairly rare to find such a spacious condo in a new building so close to the Beach. What a great combination! Other features include the utility room with full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes. The balcony is 4x the size of most OC condos in that it spans the full length of condo on 2 sides and 2 levels. It has 12 chairs to enjoy the out doors and ocean watch. Several smaller serving tables for drinks. As you enter to get the feeling of being able to spread out. You are just 150 yards from the ocean, so you can have a wonderful beach vacation!
