The kitchen has all new appliances, new quartz counters, bedrooms have new beds and mattresses, there is a new AC system, large smart 4k TV's, & LVP flooring. Living room furniture updated LazyBoy sectional sofa to stretch out on. Room to sleep up to 8. Very short walk to beach with NO streets to Cross! This is a flexible unit with room for your friends and family. Master bedroom has king bed set with private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, walk in closet, Bedroom 2 has1 queen and 1 full bed, bedroom 3 has a king bedroom set. Second full bath is in hallway had new double sink vanity. Large flat panel LCD TV's in each room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Unusually large kitchen for a condo this size. It features lots of counter space and upgraded Black Stainless appliances! You will enjoy the great views of the ocean, bay and mid-town ocean city from the balcony. Sun rise over the ocean and sun sets over the bay can be seen. 64th St location is close to popular restaurants and bars like Dead Freddies and Fagers Island. A shopping plaza with supermarket and restaurants is very convenient located just across the street. Two reserved covered parking places with elevator access. Additional free street parking for that 3rd car. Includes free WiFi, HD Xfinity cable and Roku TV entertainment. 9' Ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the unit. Building has larger than normal pool for a building with only 12 units. Great to enjoy as an option to swimming in the Ocean.

What to do in Ocean City MD? Ocean City has many amenities including the Jolly Roger amusement and water park, numerous miniature golf locations, and the famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes before 11am in summer season, and all day Sept-May. It is a famous deep sea fishing location with the featured White Marlin contest each August. There are numerous excellent golf courses that are a few miles away. A great spot for a 3-4 day golf weekend in the spring! Boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, diving trips are all available. Restaurants, Movies, public parks round out the options. The Delaware Outlets are in Rehoboth beach area, about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway. Delaware has no sales tax, so it is a nice way to grab some needed items a bargain prices with NO sales. A fun outing is to go to the Assateague Island parks. There you can use the beach, or look at the wild ponies. A trip up the highway brings you to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth beach boardwalks along with no tax outlet shopping.

As an added bonus this unit includes 4 beach chairs and umbrella and cart to go to and from the beach. Great space saver when packing your car.
