Comfortable for max of 12. 70" Smart UHD TV with Bose Theater soundbar in the Living Room, WIFI, Enjoy streaming channels from smart Samsung tv's in master bedroom and living room. Beautiful ceramic tile throughout this condo. Tastefully decorated & furnished w/comfortable sofas & chairs. Gourmet kitchen w/stainless appliances! Newly updated ceramic countertop provide lots of space to share a pizza or prepare that gourmet meal Extra large balcony overlooking the boardwalk & beach. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach or in the condo! When not on the beach enjoy pool, views of the ocean, sunrise.

This spacious 2100 sf. condo was new in 2006. Redone over the past 3 years with new furniture, new quartz kitchen counters, and new upgraded stove and microwave. This is a beautiful newer building in downtown location with 3 private off street parking spaces. Right on the Boardwalk! This is not your standard OC condo! Features 9' ceilings, extra spacious living area with 3 full-sized sofas and 2 tub chairs, large kitchen, huge master bedroom. Over sized balcony w/ seating for 7 overlooking the beach, boardwalk, and ocean. This makes for a relaxed easy going life style. Luxury features galore! The gourmet kitchen offers Quartz counters, stainless upgraded appliances include large refrigerator w/filtered water/ice on the door, full sized flat-top stove with air fry over and convection. New microwave rounds out the fully equipped kitchen. Countertop appliances include: Keurig and drip coffee makers, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster, toaster over, and cutlery. Pool is located up one floor. Slider doors to the balcony with electric storm shutters that can be lowered to reduce light and sound. Small luxury building with only 12 large condo's in the building. No lines for the elevator!

Bedroom Features: The Master bedroom suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all. Plenty of room for King Bedroom set, 50' smart UHDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, carpeted area with love seat that folds out to a single bed. Slider door that provides direct access to the balcony. The master bath features jetted tub for 2 and separate shower. Hair dryer is provided. Second Master has Queen bed and attached bath. This bath opens to the hallway. The 3rd bedroom has double-bed bunk, so 2 full sized mattresses with a single trundle bed underneath. This offers room for 5 to sleep. It has a large private bath with over-sized shower. All beds have new comfortable mattresses, offering a great nights sleep. Ceiling fans in each room help keep you cool as you sleep. This Condo sells out every summer!

Jumbo sized Condo: If one word could characterize this condo it would be spacious. From the entrance portico, to very large great room area, to the master bedroom, the huge balcony, this unit is much larger than most condo's even built in the past 5 years. That means room for your extended family, or to split the unit with another family without the cramped tripping over others that often happens in older smaller condos. Other features include the utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. The balcony is twice the size of most OC condos in that it spans both the living room and the master bedroom. It has 5 large chairs and 2 chase lounge chairs to people and ocean watch. Several smaller serving tables for drinks. As you enter you get the feeling of being able to spread out. You are just 15 feet from the boardwalk, so wonderful for people-watching!

Linens are not provided but are offered as an option for an additional fee.
