This is not your standard OC condo, it offers 2 secure garage parking spaces, 9' ceilings, large living area, large modern kitchen, master bedroom, and 3 spacious baths for an easy going vacation experience! This spacious oceanfront unit is in the heart of all Ocean City. Located on the 7th floor, this 1,785 sf condo offers panoramic views of the ocean, beach, Assateague Island, boardwalk, and amusements. It comes furnished with large HD LED TV's in every bedroom, and a theater like experience in the living room with New 65" UHD Smart TV, Yamaha surround sound, Xfinity HD Cable Box with Blu-ray, access to Netflix and Amazon movies.

For sleeping, the primary Master and second Master bedrooms have Casper King Beds with new mattresses and private en suite bathrooms, the third bedroom offers a full over full bunk with single trundle, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room which completes the sleeping options, comfortable for max of 11 people. The master bedroom has three large picture windows which provide stunning views of the ocean. There are 2 swivel chairs with table & ottoman to allow you to view ocean, play cards, read, or just turn around to watch the TV. There is private access to the balcony from the bedroom, so you can people watch or view the sunrise uninterrupted. It is a great place to retire and relax from the day's activities! Included in the spacious master bath is a jetted tub, large shower and double sink for your pampering, and it even comes equipped with a hair dryer.

When not on the beach, enjoy the roof top saltwater pool, views of the ocean, bay, sunrise, sunsets, Assateague Island or use the workout facility with sauna. You can also turn on the fireplace, pour a refreshing beverage, and put on your favorite Netflix show!

Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Fully equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, and a gourmet kitchen with all you need to prepare a great meal.

Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC downtown area is parking! Your problem is solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries. All right at your doorstep. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.
