4 star, Spacious 3 bedroomed house newly furnished in a contemporary modern style, secluded walled garden yet close to all shops, bars & restaurants! Three large double bedrooms with large built in mirrored wardrobes, bedside units & chests of drawers, one room with kingsize bed the other bedroom has 2 singles that link up to a super kingsize, the third bedroom's a superking size with en-suite & Juliette balcony.

There's a large leather corner sofa in the bay windowed sitting room. A fully fitted kitchen with range cooker & dining area with highback leather chairs & a sofa bed. A down stairs shower room & toilet.

Superbly situated spacious property, ideal for mountain biking, salmon fishing, 18 hole golf course, Peebles is perfect for everyone, abundant with shops, bars, restaurants, attractions include Neidpath castle, Traquair house(3 miles), Eastgate theatre, hill walking, sports centre bowling green.

“Absolutely brilliant!”

This is a lovely house, I would absolutely recommend it. We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. It’s even more spacious than it looks in the photos and the garden gets great sun which was lovely. All very clean and lovely and modern. Iris the owner was hugely helpful and very kind. Thank you!!

“Mountain Biking in Peebles”

Excellent house good size for three of us biking at Glentress. Ideal position in the town everything in walkable distance. Good size shed to store bikes. Nice sunny garden for when the weathers good

“2nd time around”

We have returned to Manabri for a 2nd time. House is clean with everything you need, so central for shops cafes and pubs. So good for two members of family to go mountain biking

“New Year in Peebles”

The house was very well equipped, comfortable, clean and ideally located for visiting Peebles and the surrounding area. For some of my party the trip was their first visit to my home town and the accommodation only worked to support their extremely positive view of the town and its inhabitants.
