Aruba Pearl is just steps away from one of Aruba’s finest beaches: Eagle Beach. It’s a great place to relax and feel the comfort and convenience of your own home. Eagle Beach is rated one of the top ten beaches in the world – come see for yourself.
This condominium can be rented on its own, and also has the possibility to be rented with neighboring unit 10A. There are 2 condominiums located directly next to each other with inside locking doors adjoining the two units. The connecting doors can be unlocked if rented together and you can walk freely through to the other condominium without having to go outside. Separately the condo is perfect for a couple to stay, or with small children to a maximum capacity of 3 persons. With the King bed and a single inflatable airbed, the condo sleeps up to 3 people.
Or renting both units together can be a great option for two couples or a larger family traveling together.
The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, dresser, TV, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Towels are provided for the maximum capacity of 3 persons. The living room also includes a single inflatable bed, TV, air-conditioning, and a phone with free calls to Canada/US. The condo includes free high-speed WiFi and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, and a full set of pots, pans, and dinnerware for a family of 4.
The condo also includes accessibility upgrades: a higher toilet, grab bar in the shower and grab bar by the toilet to help those with mobility issues or back/leg concerns to feel safe and comfortable. The condo is entirely main level with no stairs. The property is gated and completely enclosed and has a nice, large communal swimming pool (60 foot/20 meter) with a beautiful landscaped garden. You can certainly park your car on the premises; parking is free.
If you wish to enjoy a BBQ with your family and friends, there are gas grills available right next to the large gazebo with tables and chairs, ready for your convenience! Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for your use at the beach.
The condominium complex is new, cozy, and quiet with a perfect location when visiting Aruba. You will love this Caribbean condo which is located only a few minutes by car from Oranjestad and all the beautiful beaches Aruba has to offer!
