“Lovely cottage”

Had a great stay at this place. Very convenient to walk to the local high st with shops bars restaurants. Well equipped house with all that you’d need for the perfect stay. Dishwasher washing machine lots of space in kitchen with a table and chairs. Living room has 4 chairs which were comfortable enough but did miss a sofa. Bedrooms nice and double room had a en suite toilet and sink. Extra blankets if required. Great views over the park. Lovely large bathroom downstairs with bath and separate shower. Lots of towels available and toilet paper and kitchen rolls. I would recommend this cottage and will return the only thing that may be a put off is the costly deposit £500 (which takes up to 10 days to refund) but I guess there must be a reason why it’s so high and minimum stay of 5 nights. Spoke with the owner and she sounded very nice and was helpful on our arrival. Looking forward to returning in the summer.

A central location with a good restaurant within very easy walking distance . Being a little older , we did find the stairs to be a bit of a challenge .

“Lovely wee cottage for a cosy Christmas!”

We had a lovely stay in this cottage over the Christmas period. The cottage is a good size, well furnished, warm and comfortable - we only wish we could have stayed longer!

“To be recommended”

The cottage is located not far from the railway station and is also fairly close to Forres town centre. It is well equipped throughout and .has Wi-Fi which was especially useful for our son and daughter., Our main reason for visiting Forres was to see relatives and friends and this worked out very well. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would certainly recommend this cottage.

Cottage was everything we wanted, spotlessly clean with large modern kitchen. High Street with all the necessary amenities only 2 mins away. Lovely setting overlooking Mosset Park , Mosset Tavern was a great option for eating out with great food. Would not hesitate to go back and would strongly recommend to anyone

This house is very centrally situated for town center and access to grocery stores ,transport etc. It has comfortable furnishings and very good appliances.There was really nothing we required for a three week stay that was not provided.We will certainly try to book this house for future trips.
