L’Agriturismo San Tommaso si trova su una collina con una splendida vista sulla vallata a 2 km dal paese di Pomarance vicino a Volterra e gode di una posizione soleggiata dal mattino alla sera. E’ a 30 km dal mare e in una posizione centrale rispetto alle più importanti città d’arte come Siena, Firenze, Pisa, Lucca. In circa 30 minuti si può raggiungere Volterra, Massa Marittima, San Gimignano e le cantine dei vini più importanti della Toscana.
L'appartamento IL LECCIO di circa 78 mq si trova nella casa principale della proprietà ed è al piano terra con loggiato e tavolo, in fronte c'è il giardino con barbecue e dietro una parte di terrazza privata con pergola ombreggiata e vista panoramica, tavolo e sdraie. Internamente ha un comodo soggiorno-cucina di circa 30 mq con caminetto a legna, una grande camera matrimoniale con letto doppio, una camera con 2 letti singoli accoppiabili, una piccola camera con letto a castello e bagno con doccia. Il giardino circostante è recintato, si può accedere dal cancello telecomandato e si più parcheggiare in fronte all'entrata. Dispone di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e riscaldamento centralizzato. Spazioso giardino circostante con area giochi, passeggiata panoramica e area ristoro. Esternamente durante il giorno è possibile avere rumori della strada vicina.
