Description
Grande casale del '700 in pietra situato in collina a 2 km dalla città con una vista incantevole, adiacente le mura archeologiche di Castelsecco. La villa è circondata da un grande parco composto da pini, cipressi, abeti e 3 uliveti. Una bella piscina panoramica e la tranquillità (che distingue la location) renderanno unica la vostra vacanza.Gli ospiti posso usufruire di tutto gli spazi che circondano la villa e della piscina, in modo esclusivo.
La villa è divisa in 3 appartamenti, 2 per i turisti e 1 per la proprietaria che vive lì . Ognuno degli appartamenti ha ingresso indipendente. Gli appartamenti per i turisti sono così composti:
- un appartamento di circa 70 mq composto da una cucina attrezzata di lavello, fornelli, lavastoviglie, forno a legna, caminetto, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, 2 camere matrimoniali (di cui una di passaggio), un bagno completo di sanitari e doccia e lavatrice. L'appartamento ha un resede riservato per mangiare all'esterno.
- appartamento di circa 100 mq composto da cucina soggiorno salotto, attrezzata con fornelli , forno elettrico e microonde, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali di cui una con bagno privato completo di sanitari e doccia, un divano letto matrimoniale posto nel soggiorno, dove si trova anche un bagno completo di sanitari e doccia e lavatrice. L'appartamento ha un resede esterno riservato per mangiare.
Nella proprietà ci sono gatti e cani, molto buoni.E' possibile prenotare il servizio di pulizia ad ore, chef che potrà cucinare pranzi e cene a domicilio. È inoltre possibile prenotare dei massaggi a pagamento, presso la struttura, estetici, energizzanti o rilassanti della durata di un'ora, eseguiti da personale qualificato.
Per i consumi di elettricità, aria condizionata, acqua calda e riscaldamento, è richiesto un contributo giornaliero di € 25,00(venticinque/00) in estate è €30,00 (trenta/00) in altre stagioni, che deve essere pagato al momento del check in.
Gli animali di taglia piccola e media sono ammessi con costo aggiuntivo di € 5,00 giornalieri.
Una culla per neonati è posta su richiesta, in una camera da letto.
