The Villas Del Mar Beach Resort apartment it's a beautiful beach Garden Villa (No Stairs- first floor), with all conveniences in a safe gated community and private beach. Only 25 minutes from the San Juan International Airport, 40 minutes to Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the tropical forest "El Yunque" and the famous beach of "Luquillo".

The apartment is a first floor walkup with two balconies, beautiful garden, just right next to one of the condo pools. You can walk to the beach a few minutes inside the resort.

Luxury and fully furnished with free WiFi Internet and filtered water. Includes a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer and your own private terrace with BBQ. The whole apartment has air conditioning and large ceiling fans, blackout curtains for a pleasant sleep, 3 bedrooms with two queen size beds, one full-twin bunk bed, plus one futon bed, and wall to wall mirrored closets. Beds have new premium mattress and premium pillow top mattresses, quality linens, bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, and other amenities.

Two bathrooms, one of which is in the master bedroom. Dining and living room area, big flat screen RokuTV, FREE Netflix & Amazon TV. Free parking available.

Condo has what you need for the beach; beach towels, ice chest, beach chairs. It is Resort Style living with 24/7 security that has direct access to private beach, tennis court, basketball court, gym with sauna and showers, 3 children playgrounds, two pools, kids pool, Jacuzzi, beach volley ball court, and more. Located near three world golf courses and attractions.
