Conveniently located just a short walk from Spring Brook's Clubhouse, this lofty six bedroom home is your family vacation headquarters. The Ultimate Rustic Retreat has two levels plus a finished basement with a pool table, wet bar and big screen TV. The landscaped exterior, fire pit area, charcoal and gas grills are great for entertaining outdoors on any occasion. Ideal for big families or as part of a cluster of homes to accommodate the largest of group gatherings, it sleeps a maximum of 17 people.

The main floor offers a spacious master bedroom (king bed and TV) with an adjacent bathroom outfitted with a jetted tub and large walk in shower. Lounge the summer away in the great room which is adequately furnished with comfortable seating, including 2 queen sofa sleepers, and a gas fire place and large TV. The well equipped kitchen features a large island, full appliances including a dishwasher and a second full bathroom. A dining table for fourteen and additional counter seating for six will ensure your group enjoys the ultimate dining experience. Vaulted knotty pine ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace finalize the ambiance to make this your home away from home.

Head upstairs to the loft area where three twin beds and two additional bedrooms (both with king beds and TV's) provide space and privacy for additional guests. There is a second full bathroom to accommodate the second floor occupants without having to take the stairs.

In addition to being the entertainment headquarters, the beautifully finished basement features three additional bedrooms (two with queen beds and the other with a king bed, all with TVs), a fourth full bath and laundry room (washer/dryer). After the big game, enjoy TV time on the two loveseats.

A large yard, gas and charcoal grill, campfire ring (you provide the S ‘mores!) and complimentary WIFI add to the conveniences afforded to guests of this home. The Ultimate Rustic Retreat is a short walk to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 17, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
