Villa La Pitorina

Una grande casa di circa 130 mq che può ospitare fino a 8/9 persone in modo confortevole con 3 camere da letto doppie, 2 bagni+1 in zona piscina, aria condizionata, tvsat e wifi, giardino e piscina 10X5 con whirlpool con sicurezza bambini.

La mia graziosa Pitorina che in dialetto camaiorese significa "pulcina" si trova a Camaiore nell' entroterra versiliese fra Lucca e il mare ad appena 10 km.

È arredata con gusto unendo il mio amore per le cose vecchie e rivisitate e quelle pratiche e funzionali per avere il massimo confort.

La proprietà è circondata da un bellissimo giardino circondato da ulivi, profumati gelsomini e rose ed ha una grande piscina interrata con whirlpool e sistema di nuoto controcorrente.

Una zona relax con sdraio, lettini ,barbeque elettrico e un bel tavolo per cenare al fresco la sera è a disposizione dei miei ospiti.

La casa è così composta:

Al piano terra: una bella cucina con macchina del caffé Lavazza a modomio, forno microonde, frigo, freezer e forno elettrico. Un'accogliente sala con divano , un tavolo per 10 persone, televisione 50 pollici, satellite e wifi. Un bagno con doccia e un piccolo ripostiglio.

Al secondo piano: 3 camere da letto doppie (2 matrimoniali ed una con 2 letti singoli che si possono unire) tutte con impianto di aria condizionata. Il bagno ha la doccia, un doppio lavabo e bidet.

Lenzuola, asciugamani, l'uso del gas sono inclusi nel prezzo. Consumo elettricità 10 euro al giorno se non indicato diversamente sul contratto.

Nella proprietà ci sono 2 posti macchina coperti con possibilità di ricaricare auto elettriche.

Se durante il vostro soggiorno desiderate una signora delle pulizie il prezzo è di 15 euro l'ora ed è necessario avvertire per tempo.

La Pitorina dista circa 1 km dal centro di Camaiore, un pittoresco e vivace paese della Versilia che l'estate si riempie di turisti italiani e stranieri amanti delle bellezze naturali, storiche e culturali.

La casa si trova in fondo a una stradina in salita in mezzo al verde e lontano da qualsiasi rumore. A meno di 100 metri si trovano un macellaio, il forno, un piccolo supermarket, un tabaccaio con edicola (è possibile trovare anche giornali stranieri) e un bar. Negozi e supermercati più grandi si trovano in centro a Camaiore a meno di 800 metri.

Camaiore si trova a circa 30 km da Lucca, 90 da Firenze, 50 da Pisa ( qui si trova anche l'aeroporto più vicino G.Galilei), 10 km da Pietrasanta e Forte dei Marmi. Il mare con le sue spiagge sabbiose attrezzate si trova a 10 km.

Sono a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi informazione su ristoranti, eventi e attività che possa allietare il vostro soggiorno.

Non ci sono particolari regole della casa, vi prego di averne cura come fosse la vostra, alla vostra partenza sareste gentilissimi se lasciaste i lenzuoli in un bagno o nella stanza della lavanderia.
