Little apartment in semi-detached house with an attached porch, garden and private parking. Newly designed and renovated, it offers a relaxing stay in the green with the Marina di Carrara beach is just 3 km, reachable by car or with bicycles provided by the property. Inside a comfortable double room overlooking an open space dominated by the fireplace, a dining table and a comfortable sofa that can accommodate up to two beds, then the bathroom with a toilet, shower and washing machine, in addition to characteristic sink in white Carrara marble. Finally the pretty little kitchen that offers its guests oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and a practical work counter with bar stools, where you can make breakfast. The resort is surrounded by nature but a few kilometers from many tourist destinations such as the nearby Forte Dei marbles, Viareggio and 5 Terre. It also benefits of 'prime location at the foot of the Alps overlooking the scenery quite unique to be at the beach enjoying the view of the overhanging marble basins

Response from the owner Ringrazio per la recensione, la prima negativa in verità che ci arriva e sarà sicuramente di stimolo al miglioramento. Mi scuso, come già fatto in struttura, per i piccolissimi disagi del primo giorno, ossia per il televisore (non si riusciva ad effettuare la ricerca dei canali perché erano, come spiegato dal tecnico successivamente , rivolti sul canale satellitare), risolti con l’intervento di un tecnico dopo mezz’ora dalla richiesta. Siamo una struttura in continue espansione e miglioramenti, da qui la volontà di cambiare una caldaia il giorno prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti e che quindi era impostata ancora sui valori invernali. I rumori molesti, causati dal montaggio di una casetta di legno nel giardino dal lato opposto all’appartamento in questione, sono durati anch’essi soltanto il giorno di arrivo. Capisco che questi disagi avvenuti solo il primo giorno e risolti tutti nel giro di un’ora siano stati causa di tanta negatività. L’appartamento è dotato di 4 posti letto come da descrizione; un letto matrimoniale più un divano letto che se si apre ospita due persone. Gli ospiti hanno prenotato per due persone per cui sarebbe bastato il letto matrimoniale ma su loro espressa richiesta ho messo a disposizione, senza ulteriori addebiti, un letto in più! Senza ulteriori addebiti ho accettato anche il loro animale domestico, anche perché da noi gli animali sono i benvenuti. Cerchiamo SEMPRE di andare incontro ad ogni esigenza e non solo con i clienti Genius ma è nostra abitudine (come si evince da tutte le altre recensioni) con tutti. Ad ogni mia richiesta se tutto andava per il verso giusto mi veniva risposto che tutto era perfetto. Anche al check-out ho chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene e mi è stato addirittura risposto che i letti erano risultati confortevolissimi ma capisco che a volte i momenti negativi della vita ci possono portare a sminuire anche chi si prodiga per far funzionare tutto bene. Ogni nostro ospite è stato sopra miglioramento tutto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla pulizia, dalla cura in ogni dettaglio e dal riposo confortevole che offre la nostra struttura. Da qui la mia sorpresa per tanta negatività che sarà comunque, come già espresso ,di stimolo ad ulteriore miglioramento. Damiana Barenco, la proprietaria.

How do damage deposits work?
